 Board President

A Tennessee native and active duty Army officer, Dan has spent the majority of his career serving and leading Paratroopers in airborne and special operations units. He is a veteran of multiple combat tours, holds a masters degree in civil engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Alicia Acker

Board Secretary  

Growing up in Benton Michigan, Iowa, and Utah.  Alicia was a Paratrooper with the 37th Engineer Battalion (C)(A). Unfortunately, her military career was cut short due to medical reasons. She is a proud mother of four children residing in Bixby, Oklahoma.  Passionate about veteran causes, serving on the board of Little Groups of Paratroopers allows her to continue to serve others.

Nick Swanson

Executive Director

Originally from Saint Paul, MN, now an Arizona resident, Nick spent 14 years as a United States Paratrooper. He is a veteran of multiple combat tours and has been actively involved in the nonprofit sector for the past 5 years. He has worked with a variety of veteran organizations and programs across the country.

Board Member

Chris Loschiavo hails from Memphis, TN and has served as an active duty Army officer since 2005. He has spent half of his career leading Paratroopers, including multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan. Chris is a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, holds a Masters degree in Executive Leadership, and volunteers with organizations such as the LiveLikeLou Foundation and the Iron Phi Foundation.
